Marimon, for our company, has been very reliable. They have saved our company money & time. I can call at any time for any products. There is nothing small or too large that they cannot handle.

I would like to take the time to tell you about what a wonderful help Ed Kangas has been to me. Since I have been employed here at DataSmart we have had several issues with our printers. On January 5th Ed came out and installed a new multifunction printer for me. Since the initial installation I have had several issues with scanning. Ed came back out and made sure to get the scanner working for me. He has since answered my phone calls with questions regarding what turned out not to be an issue with the machine itself, but more of a network issue and my IP address changing. He is always very willing to answer my questions and does so with a cheerful attitude. In today’s world it is rare to come across someone who delivers great customer service, so I just wanted you to know that Ed is an exception to that rule.

I started using Marimon and met Dennis about two months ago. Dennis has been a great assistant to Exmar Offshore. The things I appreciate about Dennis and Marimon [are]:
1. They have always given me prices that are lower than their competitors.
2. They have delivered office supplies that I had to urgently have in the same day for projects that were the utmost importance.
3. Marimon has proven to me that they are a caring Houston company that wants to continue to do business for years to come with Exmar Offshore.
4. Dennis has been very professional and at the same time, genuinely caring and helpful with Exmar’s business needs.
5. Every item that has been priced higher than his competitor has dropped lower than Marimon’s competitor, and to meet Exmar’s budget.
6. Dennis has researched while looking for products that are not in the catalog(s) of Marimon or their competitors.
I will continue to use Marimon mainly because of the professionalism of Dennis Manglangit.

I just wanted to take a moment of your time to let you know that I had a very positive experience with Ed Kangas!
Long story short, a voice mail message was left for him on Friday, 11/12/10. The receptionist that I spoke to said that it would be Monday when Ed would return the call. (So for that, I give him KUDOS on! Being timely.) When Ed called me today, he was very helpful in helping so resolve the issue. He took the time to walk me through the installation process of re-installing the Sharpdesk software. Even during the installation process, we had time for “small talk”. This may not seem like a big deal, but whenever I am on the phone with any support person, it is usually a quiet conversation until the next prompt tells us what to do. He was very personable & friendly & made the call a much better one. We even had time to share a story! He was very efficient!!
Anyways, I normally dread calls whenever I have to make support calls, but Ed was one of those people who made the call so much more pleasant & painless. He was even kind enough to give me some tips on using Sharpdesk that I didn’t know. I was very HAPPY that he was the one to call me back!

I just wanted to let you know that you have a wonderful employee on your staff. K.J. Smith (Harley) has always been from day one a very professional, knowledgeable, personable and of course has a great personality. Harley was here very prompt and came early this morning to take care of our sick copier machine and that is wonderful service. Harley has been servicing our copier machines for as long as I can remember and we here at the Northern Trust Bank are very lucky to have him taking care of our needs when things break down.
[I've always had positive response time from Marimon regarding ordering supplies or reporting copier machine problems. That is a great way to run a business, you folks have a great team, keep up the good work.

Recently Oiltanking Houston purchased an additional copier for operations. I wanted to take the time to let you know what a wonderful salesperson you have in Mike Mercier. We were not sure exactly what copier we needed and Mike was great in helping make this decision. He was knowledgeable and very professional. ..Mike was just great.

To whom it may concern:
Earlier this month our fax machine, which was purchased originally many years ago from Marimon Business Systems, died a slow and painful death. I knew it was time to replace and since we had such good luck with Marimon I decided to contact them to check into a replacement.
If I remember correctly Michael Mercier was in my office within two hours of that phone call. He asked many questions to assess our needs and was professional, polite and courteous.
Since the machine we decided to purchase was going to have to be ordered Michael made arrangements for us to have a loaner during the period.
I want to compliment your company on the level of professionalism of your sales representatives. I was impressed with Michael’s knowledge of product and was very comfortable dealing with him when making this purchase.
