Response Time
All service will be performed on-site with average 4 hour response time.
Dispatch
For service, call one number with your System ID Number ready and Marimon Business Systems will do the rest. Call 713.856.2020 or 877.627.4004.
Online Service Request
Marimon offers the top of the line e-service system. Once you place a call online the call is directly routed to the technician without any human interaction. We use the top of the line automated dispatching system.
Product Replacement
In the unlikely event that your System should not be able to be repaired, Marimon Business Systems will replace the equipment with a like model WITHOUT QUESTION!
Zone Specific Technicians
Marimon Business Systems customers are assigned a specific Service
Technician. Marimon believes that an established relationship between
the customer and the service technician reduces services calls and
enhances customer satisfaction.
Service Vehicle Fleet
Marimon Business Systems owns and maintains their own fleet of service vehicles stocked with parts and supplies. This further guarantees Marimon's exceptional response time to our customers.
GPS Tracking
Service vehicles are all equipped with GPS tracking devices. This
allows for dispatch to manage the service technicians and more effectively
dispatch them to customer locations.
Total Communication
Service personnel use Nextel phones to communicate with dispatch and customers. Marimon has a 1 hour call response. When a technician receives a new service call, they will contact the customer within one hour.
WAP Technology
Nextel and our Automated dispatch system are tied together to form
a WAP network. This network allows technicians to see service histories,
dispatch to a call, close a call, and order parts.
Service Loaner
With Marimon Business Systems service loaner policy, if we cannot repair your equipment to manufacturer specifications, we will provide you with similar equipment at no additional charge while your equipment is being serviced.
