The standard maintenance ends at the machine: where the Network Watchdog program covers the scanning and printing functionality all the way to the workstation. If a computer cannot print, Marimon will resolve the issue. This way if a problem occurs with the machine, you only have to call Marimon for your solution.

Network Watchdog is a supplement to the Platinum Maintenance Program.

Network Watchdog Coverage:

Includes unlimited setup of drivers to workstations and servers.
Includes unlimited required driver updates.
Includes unlimited onsite repairs of the following:
o Copier configurations
o Printing problems related to the protected machine
o Scanning problems related to the protected machine
