Hi Allen,
I just wanted to take a moment of your time to let you know that I had a very positive experience with Ed Kangas!
Long story short, a voice mail message was left for him on Friday, 11/12/10. The receptionist that I spoke to said that it would be Monday when Ed would return the call. (So for that, I give him KUDOS on! Being timely.) When Ed called me today, he was very helpful in helping so resolve the issue. He took the time to walk me through the installation process of re-installing the Sharpdesk software. Even during the installation process, we had time for “small talk”. This may not seem like a big deal, but whenever I am on the phone with any support person, it is usually a quiet conversation until the next prompt tells us what to do. He was very personable & friendly & made the call a much better one. We even had time to share a story! He was very efficient!!
Anyways, I normally dread calls whenever I have to make support calls, but Ed was one of those people who made the call so much more pleasant & painless. He was even kind enough to give me some tips on using Sharpdesk that I didn’t know. I was very HAPPY that he was the one to call me back!
