I just wanted to express my thanks to an employee of yours. I needed help setting up an SMTP address or a IP address for scanning capabilities on my printer. Ed Kangas was not in the office when I called but returned my phone call promptly and stepped me through the process easily. I have had many IT issues within the past few days and he was the first tech I've had contact with that was willing to listen to the problem and help me through it in a language I understood.
