Good Morning,

I wanted to take this time to let you know how pleased we were with John Buck’s configuration of our machines on 05/22/09.  He was professional, courteous and very informative about the SharpDesk program.  Our Director, Maintenance Supervisor, Project Manager and I are all excited about the program; we can’t wait to use it.  I’ve noticed that all of Marimon’s staff go that extra mile for their customers and I’m really impressed with that kind of customer service.  Thank you on behalf of Alief ISD Maintenance & Operations Department.
